People who know me, know I'm a fan of the KISS principle (Keep It Stupid Simple). To me, this means writing maintainable software.
Not everybody can do that, so normally a teammember would point you to some weird stuff you made.
Or you're working in one-man army and you'll never find out you made something humanly obfuscated.
