Microsoft is building a cryptocurrency wallet into its Edge browser

Microsoft plans to test a built-in cryptocurrency wallet in their Edge browser, although the crypto market is struggling.

The wallet aims to "simplify the experience and make it easy to interact" while integrating security features to protect unsecured addresses.

The recent leak of screenshots has caused controversy internally, with some saying it's a "bad look" while others see it as a way to push people towards Edge.

The wallet will also include a feature to support collect and store NFTs.

>>While Microsoft is criticized for having a bloated Edge browser, the addition of this feature seems to be a positive one.
