  4. Compliance with Platform Policies
    All course authors must adhere to FAUN’s content policies, community standards, and refund policy. Any violation may result in suspension or termination of the author’s account.
  5. Refund Obligations
    Authors acknowledge FAUN’s 30-day refund policy and agree to cooperate in resolving refund requests. In cases of disputes, FAUN reserves the right to mediate and make final decisions to ensure a fair resolution.
  6. Promotion and Visibility
    While FAUN provides tools and opportunities for authors to promote their courses, authors are encouraged to actively engage in marketing efforts to increase their visibility and reach potential learners.
  7. Tax Obligations
    Authors are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling their tax obligations based on their country of residence or operation. FAUN does not withhold or manage taxes on behalf of course authors.

    Authors may request the removal of their account at any time. To initiate this process, authors must contact FAUN support and ensure that any pending obligations, such as unresolved disputes or refund requests, are addressed.
  3. Course Availability After Account Removal
    Courses created by authors will remain accessible to learners who have already purchased them, even after an author’s account is suspended or removed. FAUN is committed to ensuring that learners retain access to the content they have paid for. However, the course will no longer be available for new purchases unless otherwise agreed upon with FAUN.
  4. Revenue Disbursement After Account Removal
    Any remaining earnings owed to the author for previous sales will be processed according to FAUN’s payment schedule, provided there are no outstanding disputes or violations that require resolution.
  5. Course Support and Updates
    After an account is removed, FAUN cannot guarantee ongoing support or updates for the courses in question. Learners will be informed that the course is no longer actively maintained, and FAUN may choose to archive or feature the content under special conditions.

By creating an account and listing courses on FAUN, authors acknowledge and agree to these terms related to account suspension, removal, and the continued availability of purchased courses.
