AWS has partnered with Hugging Face, an open source platform for machine learning models and tools, to integrate generative AI into its cloud offerings. Generative AI allows for the creation of "original" content, such as text, music or images.

The partnership will make it easier for developers to access Hugging Face's collection of generative AI models and integrate them into their apps, while taking advantage of AWS technologies designed for machine learning.

AWS aims to democratize machine learning by making it more accessible and less expensive for developers. This move follows similar moves by other cloud leaders such as Microsoft and Google.
