AWS Backup is now available in the Asia Pacific (Hyderabad), Europe (Spain), and Europe (Zurich) Regions. It's a fully-managed service that automates data protection across multiple AWS services. Users can create and manage immutable backups of their application data, guard against malicious actions, and restore data easily.
The service can be accessed via the AWS Backup console, SDKs, or CLI by creating data protection policies and assigning AWS resources through tags or Resource IDs.
