AWS Chatbot now supports troubleshooting and managing AWS resources from Microsoft Teams, providing ChatOps capabilities to centralize infrastructure and application management while streamlining workflows.
By integrating with Microsoft Teams, users can receive notifications from AWS services directly in chat channels and interactively troubleshoot issues using predefined CloudWatch dashboards and Logs Insights logs.
Users can also create their own command aliases, ask natural language questions to AWS Chatbot, and manage IAM permissions for team members. The integration between AWS Chatbot and Microsoft Teams can be easily configured in two steps: configuring the team in Microsoft Teams and registering Microsoft Teams channels in AWS Chatbot.
