AWS Lambda supports starting from timestamp for Kafka event sources

AWS Lambda now supports starting from a specific timestamp when using Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (MSK) or Self-Managed Kafka as an event source. This allows for precise processing of messages at a desired point in time, beneficial for scenarios like Disaster Recovery.
