EventBridge Pipes: A comparison before and after

EventBridge Pipe is a new feature released at reinvent. It allows point-to-point integration and the possibility to filter, enrich and transform data.

This article shows a transition to integrating SQS and Step Function via a Lambda function acting as glue. Steps involve creating an SQS standard queue input flow and a Lambda function to receive the SQS record and start the Step Function.
