Google Cloud has launched an AI-based Claims Acceleration Suite that automates health insurance prior authorization and claims processing, reducing administrative burdens and costs by converting unstructured data into structured data for faster, informed decisions that improve patient care.
The system uses Document AI, Healthcare Natural Language API, and Healthcare API to process the unstructured data, and employs analytical tools, BigQuery for real-time analytics and machine learning, and Looker for data visualization.
Claims Acceleration Suite optimizes and integrates Google's claims submission and review technologies to streamline provider submission and prior authorization review processes.
