Instance batch data jobs can be run for an extended period of time due to API rate limit restrictions, and by combining GCP Batch and Cloud Workflow, sequential batch jobs that last for hours or even days can be submitted and managed effectively on the GCP infrastructure. By containerizing the batch job and using GCP Batch and Cloud Workflow together, it is possible to create and manage workflows, submit batch jobs, and handle retries in a serverless manner.
