Microsoft Reveals Custom 128-Core Arm Datacenter CPU, Massive Maia 100 GPU Designed for AI

Microsoft has announced two custom chips, the Azure Maia 100 AI Accelerator and Azure Cobalt 100 CPU, which will be available in their data centers early next year and will be used for running AI services and large language models.
