Though weather apps tend to lie, Davis Vantage Vue weather station, with its sensor suite, mounts, and WeeWX free software is reliable for hyperlocal results. It supports PWSweather, MQTT and other integration with the option of using Raspberry Pi.

However, it requires some technical knowledge, hardware clock, and RTC module for persistence. Expensive/stale parts and limited options for data logs force some compromise in WeeWX.
