There's an uptick in AWS employees quitting right now

Recent resignations from Amazon have been sparked by the company's strict return-to-office mandate, known as the Return to Hub (RTH) policy, which requires employees to work in designated team hubs instead of their nearest office location, causing dissatisfaction and poor communication surrounding the implementation. There has been a significant increase in Slack messages discussing these issues, particularly within the AWS cloud division, with employees citing the RTH policy as the sole reason for leaving.
