US Government Could Have Saved $5 Billion If It Hodled Seized Bitcoin Instead Of Selling It

Casa's CTO and co-founder Jameson Lopp shared the latest version of his US seized Bitcoin sales tracker:

US government has sold 195,091.75 BTC it seized over the years for $366,493,104.
Current USD value of all sold BTC amounts to $5,543,532,076.
Potential USD gains missed so far: $5,177,038,972.
The US govt still retains a possession of at least 207,189 BTC valued at $5.8B.
