In Argo CD, every sync operation moves through these main phases in order:

• PreSync runs first, before any of your normal manifests apply.
• Sync applies your normal manifests: the Deployment, Service, ConfigMap, everything Argo CD manages as desired state.
• PostSync runs after the Sync-phase resources report healthy.
