werf v2: how this CI/CD tool evolved and why it came up with Nelm instead of Helm

werf is a tool for CI/CD and a CNCF Sandbox project. It glues well-known technologies (Git, Docker, Helm, Kubernetes) to implement CI/CD in K8s. Until recently, it used Helm to deploy to Kubernetes. With the v2 release, it switched from Helm to its fork called Nelm. Learn more about this evolution.
