Teams: Less Permission Pain
Teams group users within an organization. Assigning a user type to a team applies it to every user in the team, so you don't manage permissions one user at a time.
Create 2 teams per organization:

To create a team: go to Access > Teams, click Add, set the name and organization, save.
To add users to a team: open the team, go to the Users or Access tab, click Add, select users, pick a user type.
Add users to teams as follows:
